Prosthetic Treatment
   In cases of reduced tooth loss (the absence of a limited number of teeth), prosthetic bridges (metallic, ceramic on a metal base, totally physiognomic etc) can be obtained (fixed on the limiting teeth). They restore almost completely the chewing function. In cases of large tooth loss, mobile (acrylic or skeletal) prosthesis are necessary. This prosthesis restores the chewing function in a smaller percent than the bridges, but in a period of 1-3 months their satisfactory integration is realized.
